Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
All returns must be submitted with complete evidence and information within 3 working days of your delivery for defective goods or incorrect item returns, and 14 days for Returns where you have changed your mind. Please note that returns received after this specified period will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the items are received at our returns depot and inspected, a refund will be issued in a timely manner.
You (the buyer) are responsible for arranging the return delivery and covering all associated fees. If you are returning an item valued over £50, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe receipt of the returned item.

If, unfortunately, you encounter any damage to your delivered items, we kindly request that you report it within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Damages reported outside of this timeframe may be considered to have occurred after the delivery. We strongly encourage our customers to carefully inspect the items in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for the delivery. If items are returned to us with transit damage caused by a courier arranged by the customer, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible. We strongly advise customers to consider taking out transit insurance, if available, when arranging the return to prevent any potential disappointment in such cases. Please note that all returned items undergo quality control checks prior to processing a refund.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving your item. Please be aware that all refunds will be made to the original method of payment only. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
Kindly note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reach your account may vary depending on the financial institution. This timeframe is beyond our control. Typically, refunds are received within 2-3 days after processing.
If you are not available to take delivery of your item at the agreed time and an item requires redelivering this will occur additional delivery charges.
