We accept all major debit and credit cards. Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal.
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and that we have pre-authorized your card for the purchase. Your card will not be charged at this time. We will promptly reach out to our supplier to verify the availability of the product you have purchased for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will proceed with processing the payment and dispatch your order. In the event of any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will cancel the pre authorization and promptly notify you.
After you have placed your order, provided it is in stock and ready for dispatch, we will proceed to charge your card.
All Small and Medium items are sent on a next working day delivery service with carriers such as DPD & UPS. All large items will be delivered within 14 days, you will be contacted by the courier to arrange delivery.
Within 24 hours of dispatch, we will send you tracking details via email or you will be contacted by the courier to schedule delivery. If, for any reason, you haven't received the tracking details within 7 working days, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at info@mojofurniture.co.uk. We will be glad to assist you.
Regrettably, it is not possible for you to select a specific delivery day yourself. However, we make every effort to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee it.
We only deliver within the UK Mainland where we provide free standard delivery.
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote locations.
Deliveries are generally from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
For insurance purposes, delivery is limited strictly to the ground floor only. If you have any specific order requirements, such as a 2-man delivery team or if your location is on an upper floor, please contact us. We will make sure to accommodate your needs within your order. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the specific service required.
Kindly note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any orders can fit through doorways, stairwells, and staircases. If you have any concerns or uncertainties, we strongly encourage you to consult with our team before the delivery takes place. Please be aware that a delivery charge may be applicable if our team needs to return an item or utilize specialized equipment for the delivery.
Once the delivery has been scheduled with the courier, any cancellation or rescheduling may incur a re-delivery surcharge. If you need to make any changes, please notify us promptly to minimize any potential fees.
We kindly request that you carefully examine all items upon delivery before the driver leaves. We strongly advise against accepting any damaged items. In the event that you notice any damage, please promptly capture clear photos of the affected items and send them to info@mojofurniture.co.uk.
